From San Francisco:

Take Hwy 101 north, over the Golden Gate Bridge. Once in the Novato area, exit Hwy 37 east towards Vallejo/Napa/Sonoma. At 2nd light on Hwy 37, turn left onto Hwy 121. Continue on 121, bearing right at blinking stoplight. Tuen left onto Hwy 12, and continue to the Sonoma Plaza. At the Plaza, turn left onto West Napa St/Hwy 12. Bear right at the fork, and continue 2 miles north to Plain Jane's.

From Oakland:

Take Hwy 580 west, over the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge. Take 101 north and proceed as above.

From Contra Costa:

Take 680 north, over the Benicia Bridge. Take the Hwy 780 exit at end of bridge, and continue to Hwy 80 north towards Sacramento. Take the Hwy 37 exit. Continue for several miles, turning right onto Hwy 121. Proceed as above.

From Sacramento:

Take Hwy 80 west towards San Francisco. Exit Hwy 12 west. Follow Hwy 12 into Sonoma, and proceed as above.
